Corporate Training and Facilitation

Our content or yours, we thrive on engaging and interacting with participants to get them thinking, feeling, learning, and even laughing. Workshops and sessions typically range from 1-4 hours and courses from 1/2 day to 2 days.

And they’ll leave with their true purpose ignited, allowing them to truly thrive. We teach people smart strategies to “own your life” and help organizations to create a permanent can-do culture of well-being and belonging that unlocks available talent on an individual, team and organizational level.

Keynotes and webinars last up to 60 and 120 minutes, respectively.

Executive Coaching

We won’t tell you what you should do, ought to do, or need to do. We’ll ask you the tough questions such that you gain greater clarity about the real you and on what you really want for your life. From there, we will partner with you every step of the way to help you get there.

Our one-on-one and group coaching sessions last 30–60 and 60-120 minutes respectively, and are conducted via videoconference or in-person. 

Advisor on Retainer

Access to ad hoc advisory sessions with external anti-racism and DEI subject-matter experts. Get frank and direct input, insights, and feedback on your initiatives, programs, systems, and communications, etc.

Advisory “sessions” are live or asynchronous, and are conducted via phone, text, email, or video conference.

Well-Being: Discover the transformative power of how you’re truly seen by others. Most assessments give you a label. This one gives you clarity. The “How I See You” Well-Being 360 goes beyond surface-level feedback. It invites up to 10 persons in your circle—family/friends, peers/colleagues, direct reports, client/customers, and managers/leaders—to share how they see you across five powerful dimensions.
