Theresa M. Robinson BA, MA, ABD

Theresa is an ATD certified Master Trainer and professional speaker with experience in Europe, Africa, Australia, Asia, South America, and North America. She is also the founder and president of Master Trainer TMR & Associates, a corporate training firm that provides soft-skills training, coaching, and keynotes in the areas of Well-Being; Anti-Racism; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI); Leadership, Team Building, Communications, and Presentation Skills. Averaging 50+ live engagements annually since 2005, Theresa has an impressive client list that includes corporate executives from a wide range of Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Nationwide, Deloitte, Mars, Allstate, Disney, KPMG, General Electric, Cisco, John Deere, Marriott, Nordstrom, Procter & Gamble, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, ExxonMobil, Walmart, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
One of seven anti-racism educators of 2020 featured in Forbes, Theresa is a “disruptive inclusionist” in the anti-racism and DEI space, focusing on the uncomfortable conversations and the self-work necessary for growth and change.
With a style that is direct and relational, Theresa gravitates toward 1:1 coaching relationships and corporate partnering that lend themselves to individual transformations of people, who are simultaneously doing the self-work and the organizational work to fundamentally change policies, practices, and processes.
Theresa has an MA; ABD in African-American Literature and Shakespeare from Cornell University and a BA in English from Howard University. She is also the author of four books: O-Syndrome: When Work is 24/7 and You’re Not; Overcoming Gender Inequity: Real, Raw, Unapologetic Stories, Tips & Strategies; The WarriHER’s Playbook on Well-Being and Self-Advocacy; and Blaxhaustion™, Karens, and Other Threats to Black Lives and Well-Being, and the creator of the on-demand course: Doing the HEART Work of Anti-Racism and Inclusion™. Married with two adult children, she enjoys reading, journaling, traveling, biking, hiking, and powerwalking.
Mark is General Manager with over 30 years of diverse industry, company, and functional experiences.
Industry experience includes corporate training, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food & beverage, theme parks, tourism, and athletic training. Company experience ranges from self-employment to Fortune 100 companies like Procter & Gamble and Disney. Functional experience includes brand management, strategic planning, consulting, entrepreneurship, marketing & sales, engineering, research & development, and general management.
Mark has an MBA in Marketing and General Management from Cornell University, and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from City College of New York. He is also a USATF and IAAF certified elite endurance running coach.
