Corporate Training and Facilitation
Our content or yours, we thrive on engaging and interacting with participants during live in-person and virtual workshops and courses to get them thinking, feeling, learning, and even laughing. Workshops and sessions range from 1-4 hours and courses from 1/2 day to 2 days.

Keynotes and webinars last up to 60 and 120 minutes, respectively.
Executive Coaching
We won’t tell you what you should do, ought to do, or need to do. We’ll ask you the tough questions such that you gain greater clarity about the real you and on what you really want for your life. From there, we will partner with you every step of the way to help you get there.
Our one-on-one and group coaching sessions last 30–60 and 60-120 minutes respectively, and are conducted via videoconference or in-person.
Advisor on Retainer
Access to ad hoc advisory sessions with external anti-racism and DEI subject-matter experts. Get frank and direct input, insights, and feedback on your initiatives, programs, systems, and communications, etc.
Advisory “sessions” are live or asynchronous, and are conducted via phone, text, email, or video conference.
6- and 12-month retainers available.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, or Anti-Racism Listening Sessions Facilitation
Our facilitators create a safe space for participants to share their experiences, perspectives, and ideas to help the organization become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
Listening sessions are live in-person or via Zoom.
