When we ask leaders “Do your DEI and Well-Being initiatives produce impactful and sustainable results,” the answer is often “no” or “not really.” So why is that?
Oftentimes, it’s because the initiatives lack heart. Many are driven by mandates, performance plans, goodwill, litigation, or competitive advantage, etc. They come across as performative or as driven exclusively by the business case or “head case.” Too many initiatives are implemented from a sense of duty, obligation, responsibility, or job security, and lack a sense of desire. Creating a sense of desire is what we do best. We activate your employees’ “want to” drive.
Master Trainer TMR & Associates, LLC is a global Well-Being, DEI, and Anti-Racism training and consulting firm founded by Theresa M. Robinson in 2006, and is based in the U.S.A. We deliver customized, interactive, engaging, and transformational learning experiences to equip individuals and organizations with the awareness, competency, tools, confidence, and desire to sustainably model everyday habits of Leadership, Well-Being, Anti-Racism, Equity, and Inclusion. We call this…doing the HEART Work.
Since 2006, we have served over 200 clients throughout 6 continents, and 23 countries with consistently excellent evaluations.
