This was the first time I’ve been in one of these types of training where the tone provided a safe learning environment. The pace, the topic transition, the giving people space for feelings, and the opportunity to improve, brainstorm, and be welcomed to the individual accountability table were masterfully done. I wish I had attended years ago. Seriously fantastic work!
